Lodging is covered for the duration of AEX. Nights added on to attend Agent Summit are at the attendee's own expense.

- Independent general agents
- Anyone with genuine influence over F&I product and technology decisions
- An application is required — there is no open registration
How this fits with Agent Summit
AEX runs April 11–13 and ends inside the first day of the main event. An AEX attendee arrives on Sunday, works two days in the closed format and stays on for Agent Summit — paying for the extra hotel nights themselves.
Attending AEX does not replace an Agent Summit pass: they are separate programs with separate registrations.
