Attendance and tickets
What is included in a pass?
All Agent Summit sessions and keynotes, the receptions, the expo hall and meals. Access to the Reinsurance & Participation Symposium is included with both full passes.
Do I need a separate ticket for the Reinsurance Symposium?
No. The symposium runs inside day two and is included with both the General Agent Pass and the Product / Technology Provider Pass.
How long does the early bird rate last?
Through March 12, 2027. After that date the Provider Pass goes from $1,295 to $1,395.
Can I bring a spouse or partner?
Yes — that is what the $695 Spouse Pass is for: receptions, the expo hall and meals, with no access to the sessions. It is registered separately, via “add a group member”.
Is the ACE Certification really free?
Yes. Attendees earn the Automotive Compliance Professional certification from Automotive Compliance Education at no additional cost.
What do I need to pick up my badge on site?
Photo identification. This is a closed event: only registered attendees are admitted, there is no open access.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes. Nobody under 18 is admitted to the sessions or the expo hall.
How do I cancel and get a refund?
The request must be made in writing and received before the deadline stated in the policy; a $100 fee is retained. Refunds are not guaranteed and are confirmed by event management. After the deadline a transfer is possible only with a medical certificate — to the following year or to a colleague from the same company. Read the full policy.
Where do I stay and what does it cost?
At The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where the event itself takes place. The conference rate is $299 per night excluding the resort fee, and the room block is held until March 12, 2027 or until it sells out. More about the hotel.
What is AE eXchange and how do I get in?
An invitation-only program on April 11–13 for agents who influence F&I product and technology decisions: one-on-one meetings, sessions and receptions. Attendance is by application; those selected get airfare and two hotel nights covered. About AEX.
Who runs the event?
Bobit Business Media, together with the magazines Agent Entrepreneur and F&I and Showroom. The event has run since 2011, and the program is assembled by an advisory board of practising agents and industry leaders.
Can I book the hotel through a third-party agency?
Not advised. The only official travel provider is Agent Summit management; offers from outside companies are not connected to the event, even when they use its name.
How do I become a sponsor?
Packages run from $1,250 to $25,000 and some positions are already taken. All packages and availability; questions go to David Gesualdo, (727) 947-4027.

What the site stays silent about
These are the questions an attendee asks before paying $1,195. Today the only way to get an answer is to email the event manager — so every one of them costs somebody time, and costs the event a share of its registrations.
