What does not add up in the source
The General Agent Pass gets cheaper after the deadline: on the current site the early bird price is $1,195 and the “regular rate” is $1,095. Booking early costs more — the two numbers have most likely been swapped. The prototype shows it as published and flags it as placeholder data.
The cancellation dates belong to past years: the policy says “no later than January 31, 2026” and, in the same breath, “no refunds after January 31, 2025” — for an event in April 2027. Both dates need to be re-confirmed before launch.
The early bird deadline is given as 03/12/27 — March 12 in US format. The hotel page uses the same 3/12/27 as the room-block deadline, so the two dates line up.

Terms of attendance

Admission
Photo identification is required at the badge desk. This is a closed event: only registered attendees are admitted. Nobody under 18 is allowed into the sessions or the expo hall.
Payment is made in full; confirmation follows once the registration is received. To avoid being charged twice, register only once.
Cancellation and refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are confirmed by event management. Requests must be made in writing and received before the deadline set for the 2027 edition, at: Agent Summit, c/o Bobit, 1317 Edgewater Dr #2570, Orlando, FL 32804, or by email to BobitEventRegistration@bobit.com. A $100 fee is retained.
After that date a refund is possible only with a medical certificate confirming that attendance is impossible: the registration is then moved to the following year or transferred to a colleague from the same company. Non-medical cancellations have no exceptions.
Code of conduct
Agent Summit maintains zero tolerance for harassment and discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, age, orientation, disability, appearance, body size, race, ethnicity or religion.
Violations include offensive comments, threats and demands, sexual imagery in shared spaces, intimidation, stalking, photography without consent, sustained disruption of sessions, and unwelcome physical contact.
Violators are removed from the event without a refund. Physical violence means a lifetime ban from all Agent Summit and Bobit Business Media events, regardless of who started it. Any incident should be reported to event management immediately.
Health and safety
Catering operates to the venue's standards. Masks are optional for attendees and hand-washing stations are available throughout. Anyone feeling unwell is asked to stay in their room or at home.
Personal data and consent
By completing the registration form you agree to the Bobit Business Media privacy policy and to receiving offers and newsletters from the company and its partners. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
You also agree that your contact details may be shared with event sponsors so that they can reach you about their products.
Photography and filming
Attending Agent Summit grants Bobit Business Media, its representatives and its staff permission to photograph and film attendees and their property, and to use the resulting material with or without attribution for any lawful purpose: advertising, illustration, print materials and website content.
